UAAGI Auto Group has officially launched the UAAGI Center for Technical Excellence in Valenzuela, a significant milestone that underscores its two-decade legacy of automotive excellence and unwavering dedication to reliable after-sales support in the Philippines. The inauguration took place on January 26, 2026, within a sprawling two-hectare facility located in Valenzuela, Quezon City. This state-of-the-art center centralizes service standards for all six UAAGI brands: BAIC, CHERY, FOTON, JETOUR, LYNK & CO, and RADAR, marking a strategic leap forward in UAAGI’s nationwide efforts in personnel development and service quality enhancement.

Dedicated Training Hub for Future-Ready Service

Spanning 1,200 square meters, the UAAGI Center for Technical Excellence is a premier training facility designed to elevate service standards across all UAAGI brands. This cutting-edge hub is a testament to UAAGI’s dedication to world-class dealership services, offering specialized training to sales and aftersales teams across the country.

The center features four high-capacity training environments, capable of simultaneously accommodating up to 120 personnel. Its comprehensive curriculum covers everything from basic diagnostics to advanced mastery in Powertrain Systems, Electronics, Chassis, and Brake Systems. Recognizing the rapid evolution of automotive technology, the facility also provides critical training in Hybrid and Electric Vehicle (EV) systems—ensuring UAAGI remains at the forefront of industry innovation.

Equipped with industrial-grade tools, including vehicle lifts, brand-specific diagnostic equipment, engine rigs, and specialized components like refrigerant recycling machines (1234YF), the center offers immersive, hands-on learning experiences. It also hosts extensive product knowledge sessions and a rigorous certification process for technicians, service advisers, and parts consultants. UAAGI’s reputation for after-sales reliability is anchored by its robust logistical infrastructure, including the expansive 8,700-square-meter Base 2 facility. This warehouse houses approximately 986,000 spare parts, ensuring quick access to essential components—from routine maintenance items to complex engine and electrical parts. Strategic distribution hubs in Clark and Valenzuela enable UAAGI to achieve an impressive 94% average fill rate, translating into industry-leading turnaround times: 24 hours for Metro Manila and just three days for the Visayas and Mindanao regions. Even for specialized, non-stocked parts, UAAGI maintains a disciplined 25-day lead time, reinforcing its long-term commitment to customer satisfaction.
