The 2-Wheels Festival round of the Clark International Festival of Speed (CIFOS) set a new record when it was held for three days on November 28 to 30, 2025. The first day (Friday, November 28th) saw CIFOS media participants participating in a karting workshop and enjoying several laps around the CIS Small Track in the morning. Then, the media participants and several guests were treated to a hearty lunch followed by the awarding ceremonies for the winning photos taken during the very first CIFOS Shutter Session (MORAC Access Day).
A short briefing about the CIS Kart Track was given to media participants before they were allowed to get into their respective go-karts.
After ensuring that the media participants can go around the kart track safely, they were finally allowed to do their fun laps. Shawie Dizon of Power Wheels was raring to go in her go-kart.

The awarding ceremonies celebrated the visual storytellers who captured the essence of the motorcycle motorsport in the Clark International Speedway (CIS). Neihl Ernest Tan won the Photo Category and bested runners-up and finalists Christian Aquino, GJ Siddayao, Michael Aguas, Rico Manalansan, John Paul Cruz, and Jeorge Santos. Seth Enriquez won the Video Category and bested runners-up Isaac Castro, Gabriel Cunanan, and Vener Layoso. The traditional ribbon-cutting ceremony led by CIS President Johnny Tan was held at 2:30 PM to officially open the festival. Racers were getting valuable seat time during the practice sessions happening that Friday.
In contrast, the winners of the CIFOS Shutter Session (MORAC Access Day) accepted their awards and prizes with composure.

Record Number of Participants
Day 2, Saturday, November 29, 2025 saw 339 riders aboard assorted motorcycle brands, models and categories help break the previous CIFOS 2-Wheel Festival Gypsy Tour Motorcycle Parade record. The number of participating riders this year surpassed last year’s Gypsy Tour total of 139 riders. The Gypsy Tour started at the Clark Parade Grounds, where the 339 riders were flagged off by Len Lorenzo, Manager of Tourism Promotions Division of the Clark Development Corporation (CDC). The convoy of riders went around the Clark Economic Zone and then concluded the Gypsy Tour Motorcycle Parade with a couple of celebratory laps at the CIS Race Track.
Early Saturday morning found around 300 motorcyclists converging at the Clark Parade Grounds for the CIFOS 2025 Motorcycle Gypsy Tour.
The vintage custom Harley-Davidson “Challenger” Board Racer took the challenge and joined the Gypsy Tour.
Rows of custom cruisers, racy sports bikes, and exotic big bikes lined up on the parade grounds behind the large CIFOS Gypsy Tour arch.
We rode our 2022 Harley-Davidson Softail Breakout 114 to the Gypsy Tour as our media coverage vehicle.
We registered our Harley Breakout 114 to count as one of the Gypsy Tour participants and got a cool red Cifos sticker that nice contrasts with our cruiser’s black with ghost gray stripes.
Motorcycles of different makes and models lined up the avenues around the parade grounds.
Riders had coffee with their riding buddies and enjoyed the camaraderie with other riders before the official flag-off.

Representing CDC President & Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Atty. Agnes Devanadera, Lorenzo stated in her speech, “CIFOS and the motorcycle parade was just a dream more than three years ago. Today, CIFOS has grown from an ambitious idea to one of Clark’s most exciting and recognizable signature events.” The CDC Tourism Promotions Division Manager added, “We look forward to future motorcycle parades where participants will visit key historical and tourism spots here in Clark.”
CIS and BRC GM Dennis Ayuyao announced that 315 participants had signed up before the start of the festivities. He mentioned all the riding clubs that registered.
KMC and CIS President Johnny Tan was happy with the turn-out, citing the continuous growth of Gypsy Tour participants from 70 in the 1st year to 159 in the 2nd year and now 315.

For a brief moment that Saturday morning, 339 motorcycles of various makes, models and vintage created fast-moving 2-wheel traffic around the race track at Clark International Speedway.

Most of the riders enjoyed the quick but fun victory parade around the CIS Race Track.
More CIFOS Activities at CIS
After the Gypsy Tour and the celebratory laps around the track, the participating riders went around CIS to experience the other activities. Some explored the Pit Lane area, which turned into a motorsports marketplace that featured custom bikes, gear, lifestyle exhibits, and club showcases. Dubbed as the “Pit Lane Hub”, it offered the perfect opportunity to see the best machines and connect with the motorcycle community. Meanwhile, the riders and other visitors appreciated a variety of custom motorcycles on display at the Trade Hall.
A huge blue Yamaha inflatable arch beckoned participants, visitors and guests to go into the Pit Lane Hub to see the booths and stalls.
Kart Plaza Manufacturing displayed a couple of Yamaha ATVs and golf carts.
Suzuki motorcycle models were on display and available with exclusive deals at the Transcycle booth.
Beast motorcycle tires promised to “build you a monster ride”…
… while Platinum lubricants promised to provide “premium racing performance”.

The Pit Lane Hub offered a lot of otions for motorcyclists who attended the CIFOS 2025 2-Wheel Festival.
With CIS’s commitment to riding safety and skill improvement, the festival hosted the Suzuki Safety Riding Clinic sessions at the CIS Small Track. Participating riders onboard Suzuki motorcycles were treated to a Suzuki Track Day experience with several fast laps around CIS while Mad Dog Motorcycle Club members on their big Harley-Davidson cruisers went on a Mad Dog Poker Run, the club’s annual charity event filled with camaraderie and purpose. Some participants tested their riding skills during the Moto Track Experience before competitors in the MoRac National Races took over the Speedway for their Qualifying sessions.

Rains and Racing on Day 3
The MORAC National Races became more challenging for the competitors and more exciting for the spectators as sporadic rains fell on Day 3, Sunday, November 30. The PSR Maxi 185 9-lap race was the first one held at 9:37 AM and saw Ton Farin win the PSR Open class; Alan Suansing top the PSR Heavygat class; Lei Peeno Chang lead the PSR Inter and PSR Expert classes; and Alex Suansing win the PSR Novice class. The 10-lap Philippine Superbike (PSBK) Pro class raced at 10:26 AM and saw TJ Alberto win over Marvin Mangulabnan with a slim margin of just 1.741 seconds while TJ’s brother, Troy Alberto, finished 3rd. Afterwards, Homer Sabang, Daniel Delos Reyes and Jason Park topped the Ducati Cup, which started at 11:09 AM and raced for 6 laps.
Caloocan Sales had a fully-equipped paddock to perform tire service for the racers who were running on Pirelli Diablo racing tires.
These race bikes carried the eye-catching colors of its main sponsor, Taiwan Select Motorcycle Parts (TSMP).
If not for that shirt draped over the handlebars of one of the race bikes, this paddock photo would have been much nicer. Oh, well…
If we disregard the incorrect footwear choices of the two mechanics (safety shoes instead of Crocs or flip-flop slippers, gents), this Brisk Yamaha racing team paddock is almost at the professional level.
The 7-lap PSS 155 races at 11:38 AM saw Archie Alibong, Ian Samson and Gunz Sabroso top the Open class while Homer Sabang, Enzo Rivero and King Brianne Cunanan topped the 9-lap Pirelli GP Superbike races that commenced at 12:25 PM. The 7-lap Yamaha Race of Champions that started at 1:02 PM ended with Christian Anderson, Sean Barcial, and Lei Peeno Chang finishing 1st, 2nd, and 3rd, respectively. Tracy Soyangco, Neil Juan Centeno and JD Purino stood at the podium after winning the 9-lap Underbone King (UBK) 155 Open class, which started at 3:07 PM. Cloyde Pilapil, Jaycee Mercado and Joel Dela Cruz topped the last race of the day, the 7-lap MTRT Club Race that started at 3:45 PM.
(Unfortunately, we didn’t stick around to take photos of the races that rainy Sunday because we were riding our Harley-Davidson Breakout 114 from Clark, Pampanga back to our base in Quezon City and we didn’t want to get drenched by the rains on our ride back. Here are the official results. – Ed)

Successful CIFOS 2025
CIS President Johnny stated his wholehearted appreciation to the CDC management, the sponsors, the CIFOS participants, the CIFOS organizing team, and the members of the media who covered the event. “We see CIFOS as an opportunity for everybody to experience the CIS race track so enthusiasts can race safely on the tracks and not on the streets,” said Tan. “I would like to thank Yamaha Motor Philippines (YMPH), Suzuki Philippines (SPH), and Access Plus, the Philippine distributor of Ducati and Indian motorcycles for supporting CIFOS,” he added.
KMC and CIS President Johnny Chua, considered as the “Godfather of Philippine Motorsports” for his dedication to racing, gamely answers questions from the participating media during CIFOS 2025 2-Wheel Festival at the Clark International Speedway.
Tan, who is also the President of Kilton Motor Corporation (KMC), hopes to invite other motorcycle manufacturers, distributors and clubs to join CIFOS 2-Wheel Festival next year. His cousin, Michaelson Lim, who is instrumental in organizing both the CIFOS 4-Wheel and 2-Wheel Festivals stated that the successful execution of the 2-Wheels Festival was due to the generous support of its key partners such as the CDC, KMC, CIS, Kart Plaza Manufacturing Corporation, Yamaha Motor Philippines (YMPH), Suzuki Philippines, Inc.
