BYD Philippines recently acknowledged the exceptional performance of its expanding nationwide dealer network during the 2025 BYD Dealer Conference, held at Okada Manila. Under the theme “Beyond the Limits,” this annual gathering marked a significant milestone for the brand, celebrating remarkable achievements in sales, service excellence, innovation, and customer experience across the country.
The event brought together BYD dealers from Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao to reflect on the company’s momentum in 2025 and align strategic priorities for the year ahead. Central to the conference was the recognition of dealerships and individuals whose unwavering commitment, responsiveness to market demands, and customer-first approach have strengthened BYD’s position in the Philippine automotive industry.
A Year of Transformation and Expansion
“If 2024 was about proving what’s possible, 2025 was about going further,” said Bob Palanca, Managing Director of BYD Cars Philippines. “From just two locations in early 2024, we are proud to now have 79 dealer outlets spanning Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao—bringing our innovative products and services closer to Filipino consumers. This incredible growth would not have been possible without the dedication of our dealer partners.”
Sales Excellence and Recognition
One of the evening’s most prestigious honors was the Sales Achiever Award, awarded to the dealerships with the highest retail sales, fleet sales, and customer satisfaction nationwide. The top performer was BYD Glorietta.
In addition, the Volume Seller Award recognized dealerships with the highest contribution to overall retail sales, highlighting top performers across Metro Manila and provincial regions:
- Metro Manila (1st Place): BYD Global City
- Luzon (1st Place): Pampanga
- Visayas (1st Place): BYD Cebu North
- Mindanao (1st Place): BYD Davao
Individual excellence was celebrated through the Sales Consultant of the Year awards, honoring those with the highest unit sales in their respective regions:

In the fleet category, the Fleet Sales Performer of the Year awards were given to the top three contributors:

Best in Sales NPS (Net Promoter Score) was awarded to dealerships delivering consistently positive customer experiences, with the highest satisfaction scores in their regions:
