VinFast and MGA.414 Corporation, the operator of the JIGA auto service chain, have officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to expand VinFast’s electric vehicle (EV) service network in the Philippines. This collaboration aims to establish over 100 service workshops nationwide by the end of 2025.
Under this agreement, JIGA service centers will be designated as official VinFast service hubs, authorized to provide repairs, warranty services, and maintenance for VinFast EVs. Each JIGA facility will adhere to VinFast’s stringent standards for infrastructure, equipment, and technical expertise while ensuring the availability of genuine VinFast spare parts.
Strengthening EV Support for Filipino Consumers
The partnership responds to the growing demand for EVs in the Philippines and reinforces VinFast’s long-term commitment to sustainable transportation in the country. By expanding its after-sales service network, VinFast aims to enhance customer convenience and confidence in its EV offerings.
As part of the collaboration, VinFast will provide JIGA with personnel training, technical consultations, and knowledge-sharing programs to accelerate the expansion of its authorized service network.
