MINI Unveils new showroom experience

MINI Philippines revealed a reimagined showroom for Its flagship dealership in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig. It got a major refresh in keeping with the brand’s initiative on the look and layout of its sales facilities all over the world. “It takes courage to be different from our competitors,” said MINI Philippines head Willy Q. Tee Ten. “This sets the MINI brand apart.”

The 410-sqm showroom on 5th Avenue and 26th Street, added Tee Ten, will “project a true MINI journey from the moment the client is welcomed inside.”

Opened in 2011, the sales facility not only heralded the entry of the iconic UK car brand into the Philippines, but also depicted its undeniably “fun” character through a dazzling display of bright colors in the elements within the facility. A cleaner layout, which also accommodates a maximum of six vehicles, features a large installation piece of the classic rectangular frame associated with MINI. A full-size MINI vehicle is displayed on the wall; an identical one hangs on the outside façade as well.

The refurbished showroom complies with MINI’s quest to better accommodate, entertain, and capture clients. The new experience now also reflects the marque’s values of sportiness and elegance – in addition to fun. “You will also get a sense of the technology behind our cars. We have made all our presentations digitalized,” added MINI Philippines General Manager Lito Jose.

Aside from the actual vehicles, sales executives can better explain all things MINI to potential clients with the help of presentations and material appearing on three large television screens (called MINI Digital Communication Frames) on the showroom floor. To more deeply address specific queries, sales people also have MINI content on digital devices such as tablets. “We’re confident that visitors will appreciate the positive changes we’ve made,” underscored Jose.

Another addition is the MINI Hub, a relaxing lounge featuring a long table, high chairs, sofa, and digital screens. Further discussion and consultation between customer and sales executive can take place comfortably.

All furniture and pieces in the renovated MINI showroom are ordered through MINI UK in keeping with global standards. “They are definitely official, and of high specifications,” reiterated Jose. “All told, the changes we’ve made are geared towards providing our customers with a memorable experience via a distinct connection to all things MINI.”

MINI outlets are also located at Greenhills (324 Ortigas Ave., North Greenhills), San Juan and Cebu (AS Fortuna Street, Bakilid, Mandaue City).
