On July 12, 2019, Maax Eye took delivery of twelve 2019 FOTON Gratour MT 1.5 multi-purpose vehicles to further enhance the mobility of their business. The Gratour MT 1.5 is powered by a 1.5-liter DAM15R 4-cylinder gasoline engine that produces 110 horsepower at 6,000 rpm and 142 Newton-meters of torque at 4,500 rpm. Power is transmitted to a 5-speed manual gearbox and delivered to 14-inch wheels. Its payload capacity was increased from 1.2 to 1.5 tons. With the special Tool Truck Body, the Gratour MT 1.5 features a 2-ladder roof rack with locking mechanism to carry and secure bulky items and includes window grilles, bench seats, and a tool box compartment. It is also equipped with an audio system with AM/FM radio, AUX and USB to entertain the occupants on their way to their clients. 3-point seat belts, fog lights, and a steering column lock provide safety and security while the factory air-conditioning provides comfort. Apart from the special tool truck body, the Gratour MT 1.5L is also available in other configurations such as a drop-side pickup, F-van, wing van, MPV passenger van, jeepney and patrol jeep. It also comes with a three-year or 100,000-kilometer warranty.
