ACMobility, a leader in electrified mobility solutions in the Philippines, is set to roll out more than 30 new EV charging stations before the end of April. This expansion will bring its total number of operational sites to 100—marking a key milestone on the road to its ambitious goal of 700 charging locations by the end of 2025.
“2025 is a pivotal year for ACMobility as we intensify our commitment to advancing transformative mobility across the Philippines,” said Jaime Alfonso Zobel de Ayala, Chief Executive Officer of ACMobility. “We’ve expanded our network and integrated cutting-edge technology to enhance the EV charging experience. By increasing the number of fast chargers and extending our reach into underserved areas, we are building a more accessible and convenient infrastructure for EV owners.”
As part of its Charge Forward campaign, ACMobility strategically places its charging stations in high-traffic areas and along major travel routes to help address one of the biggest barriers to EV adoption—range anxiety. These upcoming stations will be equipped with “Superfast” and “UltraFast” chargers capable of delivering up to 480 kW, significantly reducing EV charging time and making long-distance travel more feasible for electric vehicle users.
In addition to urban centers, ACMobility is extending its network into rural and interregional areas. Plans include coverage of the northern loop connecting La Union, Ilocos Norte, and Tuguegarao. In the Visayas, new stations are planned for Antique, Iloilo, Roxas City, and Aklan. In Mindanao, expansion will include Iligan, Butuan, Valencia, Digos, and Tagum—adding to the existing infrastructure in Davao and Cagayan de Oro.
To further improve accessibility, ACMobility recently introduced a nationwide membership program with fixed monthly fees. Members enjoy discounted charging rates, such as DC charging for as low as ?28/kWh (compared to the standard ?35/kWh), and AC charging at ?22.8/kWh (versus ?28.5/kWh in the National Capital Region). Rates may vary across provinces.
As ACMobility accelerates its rollout of high-speed charging stations, it continues to lead the way in creating a future-ready, EV-friendly Philippines.
