Lynk & Co’s Winning Streak Continues at Valencia + a Major Milestone in the Philippines

The Lynk & Co Cyan Racing team delivered a commanding performance at the Valencia leg of the 2025 FIA TCR World Tour, showcasing their relentless competitiveness. In Race 3, the team achieved a remarkable 1-2 finish, with Yann Ehrlacher claiming his second victory of the weekend and stepping onto the podium as the race winner. Close behind was teammate Santiago Urrutia, who secured second place, further cementing Cyan Racing’s dominance.

Ehrlacher’s wins in Valencia propelled him to the top of the Drivers’ Championship standings, tallying 152 points. Urrutia is not far behind, now holding second place with 146 points. The team’s impressive results also boosted their lead in the Teams’ Championship, where Lynk & Co Cyan Racing now boasts a commanding advantage of over 100 points, with a total of 325 points.

The success of Cyan Racing’s performance is largely attributed to their race-ready Lynk & Co 03 TCR. Renowned for its exceptional power, precise handling, robust cornering, and reliability under pressure, the 03 TCR has proven itself as a formidable contender across various circuits. Its consistent performance at Valencia underscored its capability in challenging conditions.

Reflecting on the weekend, Ehrlacher described it as the team’s most consistent and trouble-free outing of the season so far. “It was quite a nice weekend for us. It’s the first time we’ve had a weekend with no bad luck. I was happy with the pace and all the work the guys have done,” he said. Ehrlacher also acknowledged the challenges posed by Valencia’s high temperatures and the demanding nature of the track. “Valencia is a nice touring car circuit; it’s quite challenging to put together a good lap, especially with the heat. It was tough, but I hope we can come back here in the future.”

Urrutia, who finished just behind Ehrlacher, was equally pleased with the results and expressed enthusiasm for the upcoming Monza race. “It’s been a very good weekend. Congratulations to Cyan. We had a strong performance, with Yann’s two wins, my two podiums, and a pole position. It’s great for the championship, both for the drivers and the team. I didn’t expect to be this quick, but I managed to secure pole and just focused on finishing the race without issues. I’ve had many DNFs in the past, so this year I’m just aiming to finish races. So far, so good, and I’m excited for Monza, a track I really like,” Urrutia shared.

With six rounds completed, Lynk & Co Cyan Racing continues to demonstrate its strength and consistency on the track through top finishes and cohesive teamwork. The next race is scheduled at the iconic Monza circuit in Italy from June 20-22, 2025, where the team aims to carry forward their momentum and strengthen their championship position.
