The prestigious awards ceremony took place amidst the scenic backdrop of Acea Beach Resort in Subic on February 3. This annual event recognizes excellence across all facets of dealership operations, spotlighting outstanding achievements in sales, after-sales service, parts availability, and customer satisfaction. Over 30 awards were distributed to top-performing dealers, sales executives, and service personnel nationwide, celebrating their dedication and exceptional contributions.
The GRIT Awards serve as a testament to the unwavering commitment, resilience, and passion—collectively known as “grit”—demonstrated by Foton’s dealership teams. The event honors both individual and team accomplishments that have propelled growth across Foton’s diverse product segments. The pinnacle of the night was the presentation of the Dealer of the Year award, recognizing the dealership that exemplifies excellence, leadership, and industry impact.

Top executives from Foton Motor Philippines, including management and staff from the Sales and Marketing divisions, joined dealer principals and staff to celebrate the outstanding performance of their teams. Awards were conferred based on comprehensive evaluations of sales performance, service quality, parts availability, and customer satisfaction.

This year, Foton San Pablo’s dealership stood out among the best, earning the prestigious Dealer of the Year Award for 2025. Dealer Principal Ricky Tan graciously accepted the honor on behalf of his team.
